The issues of creating virtual models utilizing non-contact measurement methods (terrestrial laser scanning, unmanned systems). Activities related to the operation of unmanned systems, their operation, self-imaging and evaluation of acquired data.

3D laser scanners and their practical application.
Principle of operation and sweeping of the beam, determination of distance.
Internal and external influences affecting the measurement. Influence of environment, geometry and surface of scanned objects.
Measurement and processing of measured data. Terrain reconnaissance, signalling and measuring of control points.
Registration and modification of point clouds, 3D modelling.
Handheld self-positioning scanning.
Unmanned systems and their field applications in practice.
The issue of operating drones in the Czech Republic.
Preparation of a flight mission and execution of your own flight.
Methods of image data evaluation.
Optical correlation systems (image correlation).
