The goal of the subject is the science of the Land Registry of the Czech Republic, including the historical development of the Cadastre up today.

Summary

The course expands knowledge about the Real Estate Cadastre of the Czech Republic as a set of data on real estate in the Czech Republic, including their inventory and description and their geometric and positional determination. It emphasizes in particular the legal aspect of registered rights to real estate according to the Civil Code and the use of SGI and SPI for mining, respectively. mining surveying.

Subject syllabus:

Subject of the real estate cadastre, content of the real estate cadastre. Cadastral operetta and its content, renewal of cadastral operetta. Cadastral map and its historical development. Public books, land book, top books, railway books. Ownership and other material rights according to Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code). Ownership, lien, pre-emption right, lease, additional co-ownership, construction right, servitude, trust fund. Registration of ownership and other material rights to real estate, requisites of documents necessary for registration. Geometric plan and record of detailed measurement of changes.
