Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the subject is to meet students two courses: Automation and Computers in the Raw Industry, System Enggineering, with possibilities and principles of stochastics systems modelling.

Summary

This subject contains bases from process of data analysis such descriptive statistics, distribution analysis, statistical hypothesis tests, analysis of variance (ANOVA), linear regression and time series analysis. Practical exercises use special statistical software SAS from American company SAS Institute and Excel - common software Microsoft Office.
