Main goal of this subject is basic introduction to operating systems UNIX or Linux. Students will able orientate in different kinds of distributions of the Linux and also in some of administration operations.

This subject describes basic information about UNIX / Linux operating system. This subject is focused on different kinds of distributions, basic architecture of operating system, some kind of file systems, and others.
