Student obtains basic knowledge about the presentation of information on the Internet. The ability to design the basic structure of a Web presentation, the application of standards of the HTML, CSS, links to information systems.

Předmět se zabývá Internetem, jeho základními službami, webovými prohlížeči. Dále se jedná o webové stránky, jejich strukturu, editory umožňující jejich tvorbu. Webové servery, pokročilé techniky tvorby webových projektů, vývojové nástroje, využití relačních databází. Webhosting, optimalizace pro vyhledávání.

HTML editors-WYSIWYG Web Builder, FrontPage, etc. 5. Java scripts and Java applets, plug-ins, ActiveX 6. WEB servers-APACHE, IIS 7. ASP, PHP,.NET 8. Web projects, Visual Web Developer. The use of relational databases, MS SQL, MySQL, 10. RSS, XML, XHTML 11. Editorial systems, WCM, ECM 12. The provision of Web space, webhosting 13. Streaming, webcasting, podcasting, 14. Search Engine Optimization – SEO
