Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the analysis the raw material for the company as a system that can be divided into individual subsystems. It describes the automation of individual parts of the technological process, technical support production, treatment of raw materials and shipping. Familiarizes with the issue of automation of underground and surface mining. Based on practical solutions familiar with the procedures and methods of automation solutions.

1. Analysis of the technological process (algorithm draft TP, basic concepts, structure ACS-TP ). 2. Analysis of technological processes and principles of technical security subsystem manufacturing. 3. Technical security subsystem manufacturing - electricity. 4. Subsystems technical support production - water management. 5. Subsystems technical support production - heat management. 6. Subsystems technical support production - sewerage network. 7. Technical security subsystem manufacturing - collector network. 8. Technical security subsystem manufacturing - ventilation degradation. 9. Technical security subsystem - production and distribution of compressed air, 10. Automation quarry operations, mining machines 11. Remote Automation belt conveyors 12. Automation stackers 13. Automation of Rail Transport 14. Basic automation plant
