Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the possibilities of single-chip processor, single-board computers and some PLCs. Furthermore, the emphasis is on the description of input / output pins and also to describe the type of serial communication interfaces. The course introduces the basic of programming options of these systems too.
