Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the subject is to present students a comprehensive collection of methods, used by leading workers (managers) to achieve main targets in their business. There are mentioned principles of intellectual manager behaviour, basic intellectual management tendencies and characteristics of the manager activities. There are also described institutions and legislations of brownfield regenerations, their environmental and economic aspects and developing problems of brownfield regenerations.
