Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the issue of the subsystems of the technical support of production, their basic and common characteristics, operation and management.

Summary

Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s problematikou zásobování podniku různými druhy energií - elektřina, plyn, pitná i užitková voda, teplo, stlačený vzduch, hygienická i technologická pára, odvodnění, degazace, větrání, klimatizace... Základem je popis obecných vlastností těchto sítí a následně začlenění do kompletního celku. Dále se zde zaměřuje na význam zdrojů pro napojení sítí, návrh výkonů zdrojů a možnost jeho regulace. Student se také seznámí s konstrukčními prvky sítí, aplikovatelností, použití v praxi a sjednocení v centrálním řídicím stanovišti.

Subject syllabus:

1. analysis of the technological process (the algorithm design of TP, basic concepts, the structure of the CONTROL-TP, etc.). 2. analysis of the technological processes and principles of management subsystem of the technical support of production. 3. The technical support of production – electric energy. 4. the Subsystems of the technical support of production – water. 5. the Subsystems of the technical support of production – the heat of the economy. 6. the Subsystems of the technical support of production – sewage networks. 7. The technical support of production-kolektorové network. 8. The technical support of production – ventilation (description of the structure, the model properties of the mining site). 9. The technical support of production – the production and distribution of compressed air. 10. The technical support of production – degazace. 11. The technical support of production – supply. 12. the calculation of parameters of General network (equation, methods, etc.). 13. the hardware equipment for so-called (measurand, the members of the action, transmission routes, control computer, microcomputers). 14. the central control station (CCS, control) level. 15. Security of information systems
