Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The student obtains the deeply and extensive knowledge of management. The student learns to characterize project and individual phase of project management. The student learns also to formulate proposal of project in mineral economics field. Student will be able the proposal analyse and to evaluate from technical-economic and risk point of view. Student will be also knows to describe and to apply approaches of crisis management. In addition, student learns managerial approaches, techniques and teamwork and communication skills.

Summary

The subject develops basic knowledge and skills in management. Interpretation focuses on project management, risk management in raw material field and selected managerial tools. Students are also acquainted with the select modern managerial approaches and techniques. Special attention is paid to leadership. The exercise deals with a project in which students learn teamwork and communication skills.
