Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The student obtains next deeply and extensive knowledge of management. Student will be able to describe and characterize strategic level of management of enterprise including also system of corporate governance. Student will know to apply principle of corporate governance and strategic management on enterprise in raw materials industry. Student will be able to identify, visualize, evaluate and improve business, production and work processes in the field of mining and processing of minerals. The student will be able to classify the individual components of the process and determine their optimal duration.

Summary

The subject next develops basic knowledge and skills in management. The subject focuses on top management and corporate governance. The core of the subject is management business, production and work processes. Students are also focus on strategic and crisis management of industrial enterprise and specifics in mining and processing of raw material. The exercise deals with a project in which students learn teamwork and communication skills.
