Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students will gain theoretical knowledge and skills in corporate finance and are subsequently able to apply the acquired knowledge in solving practical economic challenges.

Summary
Students will learn about basics of financial management and decision making in business
modern market economy, in relation to other micro-economic and
macroeconomic aspects of the business. Will clarify the issue of corporate
finance, financial decision-making enterprise, starting a business - its assets and
financial structure, financial analysis, sources and forms of short-and
long-term financing, etc.
