Students will gain theoretical knowledge and skills in corporate finance and are subsequently able to apply the acquired knowledge in solving practical economic challenges.

Summary

Students will learn about basics of financial management and decision making in business modern market economy, in relation to other micro-economic and macroeconomic aspects of the business. Will clarify the issue of corporate finance, financial decision-making enterprise, starting a business - its assets and financial structure, financial analysis, sources and forms of short-and long-term financing, etc.

1. Characteristics of corporate finance 2. Financial company decisions - short and long 3. Effect of financial market corporate finance 4. Financial aspects of starting a business - types of companies 5. Stock company - the establishment, stock, dividend policy 6. Optimal financial structure, debt ratio 7. Cash flow (cash flow) business 8. Financial analysis of business - analysis of profitability, debt, liquidity 9. Sources and forms of short-term financing 10.Business investment concepts 11.Financial criteria for evaluation of the effectiveness of investments 12.Sources and forms of financing investment 13.Valuation of the enterprise as a whole 14.Various forms of integration of businesses and their financial aspects
