To gain theoretical knowledge and subsequent skills used by managers to control their firms.

Summary

There is presented a comprehensive collection of methods, used by leading workers (managers) to achieve main targets in their business. There are mentioned principles of intellectual manager behaviour, basic intellectual management tendencies and characteristics of the manager activities. The marketing development and its importance in modern conceptions are mentioned in the second part as well as the marketing mix. The travel trade in the Czech Republic is the last theme of this subject.

Regular feedback on the progress of knowledge during the current term is provided by seminar works, presentations and written/oral exams.
