Student is able to identify speciality of raw-material business, appreciate advantages and disadvantages of trade practices, current legislation. Student is able to evaluate raw material importance for needs of Czech Republic

Summary

The raw materials are important for State economy. The subject introduces raw material policy of the Czech Republic, instrument control raw material management, especially economics. The subject is based on valid legislature and documents of the Czech Republic. The subject also deals in internationally business. There are explained internationally accepted commercial terms, INCOTERMS. There are described trends of World prices, international marketing, financing entrepreneurial design and damping mining in the Czech Republic, privatization of mining industry.

1 Raw materials policy of the State, definition of terms 2 Legal environment and spatial planning 3 Principle of safeguarding State policy, the importance and the role of mineral resources 4 Tools of raw materials, the use of secondary raw materials policy 5 Domestic raw materials base, prices of raw materials 6 International trade, business methods (direct and indirect) 7 International monetary policy, international marketing 8 Basic obligations of the participants in the trade 9 Incoterms 10 Duty, value added tax and excise tax 11 Economics and finance of the business plan 12 Role of the State in the investment process 13 Risks associated with mining activities 14 Damping and the privatization of mining industry of the Czech republic 15 Valuation of mineral deposits
