Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the subject is to meet students of Automation and computers in the raw industry, with automated control systems of mining machnes and equipment in the underground coal mines.

Summary

The general goal of automated control systems in deep coal mines is the optimisation of mining processes.This takes share in rationalization of mining and increases the production effectiveness.Main topics are:automation of mining machinery,machine feed control,automatic leveling adjustment of machine,optimisation of a shearer working regime,automatic reversible control of a plough,systems of automated control for powered support,programmable modular system of automatic and automated control.

Importance and tasks of mining process automation 1.1 Aims of mining process automation at underground coal mines 1.2 Diagram of the relation structure of increassing productivity and automated control of mining complexes 2. Automation of shearers 2.1 Control tasks structure of shearers 2.2 Machine feed control 2.3 Radio control of shearers 2.4 Automatic levelling adjustment of drums and program control 2.5 Systems indicating position and movement of a shearer 2.6 Optomization of a shearer working regime 3. Automatic control of coal plough 3.1 Classification of tasks and systems of coal plough 3.2 Automatic reversible control of a coal plough 3.3 Systems of indication, diagnostics and remote control of coal ploughs 4.
