Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the subject is to meet students of Automation and computers in the raw industry, with automated control systems of mining machnes and equipment in the underground coal mines.

Summary
The general goal of automated control systems in deep coal mines is the optimisation of mining processes.This takes share in rationalization of mining and increases the production effectiveness.Main topics are:automation of mining machinery,machine feed control,automatic leveling adjustment of machine,optimisation of a shearer working regime,automatic reversible control of a plough,systems of automated control for powered support,programmable modular system of automatic and automated control.
