Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Student shows knowledge: of the importance of basic concepts and definitions of enterprise informatics, of fundamentals of database systems and basic applications in the enterprise informatics, of fundamentals of management, of effectiveness assessment and of safety of enterprise information systems Student can: describe the individual applications in the enterprise informatics Student is able to: transfer number systems and encode numbers create a simple applications in MS ACCESS database system

Summary

Subject is concerned with applications in business informatics, with management, evaluation of effectiveness and safety of information systems and ICT. It presents fundamental terms and definitions used in informatics. From practical point of view subject is focused on use of numerical systems and creation of simple applications in database system of MS ACCESS.
