Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The goal is to introduce modern hierarchical distributed systems management based on CIM. As a base (technological level) is introduced modular distributed PLC control system. Students are introduced to some industry standards for data networking technology, and information management level, including their use in distributed process control. Students will also learn about creating real control systems using PLC.
