Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Student knows to explain specific of industrial branch mining and processing raw materials. Student study to clasify of types of organizational structures and to identify their strong and weknees sides. Student knows to decompose producing process onto particular technological and working processes and operations. Student study to measurable time consumption of operation of production and to organize technological processes of exploitation of raw materials.

Summary
Subject introduces into problems with organizing and to manage processes of production with respect to mining enterprise and processes of exploitation and processing raw materials. First part of subject is focused on theory of organising and theoretical basics of management of producing processes. In second part are organized particular technological processes and operation of exploration of raw materials.
