Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s teorií a aplikací metod operačního výzkumu.

Teaching methods

Summary

The objective of the subject is to solve the decision-making problems by developing mathematical models of those problems. These models are solved by these techniques: linear mathematical programming,sensitivity analysis, transportation, project management, multicriteria decision making,queuing analysis,inventory management.Practical tasks are solved by employing DS for Windows.

Subject syllabus:

1. Podstata operačního výzkumu, klasifikace disciplin operačního výzkumu 2. Ekonomický a matematický model úlohy lineárního programování (LP), typické úlohy LP 3. Grafické řešení úlohy LP a její řešení simplexovou metodou 4. Teorie duality a postoptimalizační analýza 5. Dopravní úlohy a jejich řešení přesnými a přibližnými metodami 6. Celočíselné programování, cílové programování 7. Základní pojmy teorie grafů, optimalizace v grafech 8. Řízení projektů, metody CPM a PERT 9. Modely řízení zásob, jejich charakteristika, deterministické modely řízení zásob 10. Modely hromadné obsluhy 11. Vícekriteriální rozhodování
