Summary

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the general principles of project management as an effective tool for the management of the changes that are applicable regardless the specialization of study and put into the field in the range that is normally recited at Western universities specialized type. Explains the philosophy, tools and techniques of project management.

Subject syllabus:

Project management - the basic terminology of project management in successive steps. Tools which can help solve both technical and routine situations related to the preparation and implementation of projects, as well as conceptual projects and personnel matters. Analysis of the need for the project Setting goals, project as a unique process, Triple Constraint Project, project management methods, project management to include organizational structures, Strategy issues, typical problems, a practical example, the life cycle of a project's success.
