Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Review of production logistic applications, production processes from the logistic view, characteristics of homogenous production process, modeling of production systems and products innovation, relation between the production process and organization type. Optimization of production capacities allocation, planning – quantitative and qualitative method. Logistics control, technical, technological and economic scheduling, planning capacities aggregation, batching scheduling of priorities. Operative control of production processes, operative planning, methods of production control, dispatching control of production, software support for logistic processes, SCM supply chain management

Summary
Description of the production process from the point of view of logistic. Basic characteristics of homogenous production process, modeling of production system and product inovattion, relation between the process and company. Logistic control, process planning, the methods of production control and modeling. Supply chain management SCM.
