Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the subject is to meet Ph.D. students with systems principles of mining machines automation at undergound coal mines and open pits. Students then will gain ability to orientate in the problems of mining machines automation.

Summary

Automation of continuous drifting and tunneling machines. Automation of machinery in faces of deep mines. Automatic control , diagnostic and monitoring of sharers. Radio control and program control of sharers. Remote control and computer communication systems in underground coal mines. Systems of automated control for powered support. Automation of open pits machines. Positive relation between productivity and automated control systems in mines.
