Summary

Předmět poskytuje informace, týkající se obsahu a metod analýzy ekonomických a řídících procesů v podnikatelském subjektu. Dále pak informuje jak provádět tyto analýzy a jak využívat výsledky těchto analýz k řešení problémových situací v daném podnikatelském subjektu s cílem zvýšení efektivnosti realizace jeho podnikatelské činnosti.
