Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The goal is to master the physical-chemical hydroseparation process called flotation, both in theory and in practical terms. Flotation can be used for treatment of municipal and industrial water and drinking water during treatment.

Summary

Flotation is prezent as significant part of physico-chemical,hydroseparative processes of solid maters, precipitates and ions.In lecture content are discuss theoretic(thermodynamic) aspects of elementary flotation act, futher physical, electrochemical and chemical expectations and mechanism of hydrophobization se- lected matters and impurities contained in waters(technological solutions and waste waters). Part of lectures and experimental practising are type flotation of froth flota- tion selected minerale and waste water and pulps including useful technical equipment and form.
