Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

This subject deals with technological methods during metals utilization from raw and secondary materials. The students obtain knowledges of application of chemical, biochemical, hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical methods of raw utilization.

Teaching methods

Summary

In this subject students obtain view of chemical methods recycling of utility components, especially metals from ores, mineral raw materials, secondary raw materials, ashes and others materials. On the theoretical base of pyrometallurgical, hydrometallurgical and electrometallurgical processes continue the excercises in laboratories.
