Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
As part of the field exercise from reclamation, students in the field will identify individual technologies of reclamation in industrial and post-mining landscapes, in the field they will analyze and discuss the reclamations. At the same time, they will determine reclamation plants and woody plants suitable for reclamation, determine the species of invasive plants. They will evaluate and discuss specific interventions in the reclaimed area.

Summary
Field trainning of reclamation is focused on verifying the knowledge gained in lectures and exercises, in specific localities of post-mining and industrial landscapes of the Czech Republic. They will verify the knowledge of reclamation plants used, invasive plants, they will study the degree and character of revitalization of reclaimed areas.

Subject syllabus:
xField work in model areas - land reclamation after mining, reclamation of landfills, gravel pits, sand pits, quarries and the like. The agricultural landscape. Remediation methods in specific conditions.
Remediation and land reclamation plants, determination and rules of use in various types of rehabilitated buildings.
