Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students will obtain knowledges of MS Office basic functions in this subject, concretely MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. They will learn application of basic MS Office functions during elaborating bachelor or diploma thesis.

Summary

This subject extends student´s knowledges in computer´s work. This subject is aimed on MS Office, concretely MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester

Students will obtain basic knowledge of MS Office software product, concretely MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. They will create requested excercises and on a finish of semester they will present their chosen theme in MS Power Point.

1) Basic operation, operation with files, saving, copying and folder making 2) Word functions and its utility 3) Operation with text, its formatting, style setting, picture inserting 4) Excel functions and its utility 5) Data inputing, cell identification, table and graph formation 6) Automatic operations, formula inputing 7) Power Point functions and its utility 8) Text and picture inserting, graphics modification of file
