Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Knowledge rendered at the end of the course: The Cleaner Production project management in the enterprise, monitoring and optimization of material and energy flows, calculation of return on the project. Students will become familiar with the application of prevention strategies and non-production manufacturing enterprises, optimizing material and energy flows, reducing environmental impacts and their economic implications. Skills rendered at the end of the course: Project management, design material balance, leading brainstorming, economic evaluation of alternative solutions.

Subject syllabus:

1.Historie čistší produkce (CP) ve světě a u nás 2.Zákonné povinnosti v oblasti čistší produkce – zákon o odpadech, zákon o integrované prevenci, Národní program čistší produkce, Státní politika ŽP 3.Postup zavádění CP v průmyslovém podniku – předběžné hodnocení (celková analýza vstupů a výstupů) 4.Plán a organizační zajištění CP v podniku – sestavení týmu, projektové řízení 5.Analýza látkových a energetických toků ve vybraném úseku – postupy, metody, zdroje informací 6.Navrhování variant řešení - brainstorming 7.Posuzování variant (feasibility study) - technické, environmentální a ekonomické hodnocení 8.Realizace variant - podmínky, postupy 9.Vyhodnocení výsledků projektu po realizaci, zpětná vazba, udržování výsledků projektu 10.Využití čistší produkce v regionálním měřítku – městské projekty, Ecoprofit ap. 11.Aplikace CP na řízení nevýrobních organizací – hotely, školy, nemocnice 12.Aplikace CP na řízení města/regionu 13.Ekonomické souvislosti čistší produkce – náklady a výnosy, environmentální účetnictví, využití v EMS 14.UNEP, UNIDO a jejich podíl na rozvoji a šíření CP
