Subject syllabus:

Přednášky: 1.Obecná hierarchie výstavby a organizace organismů. Prokaryotická a eukaryotická buňka. Rostlinná a živočišná buňka 2. Rostlinná pletiva a systémy pletiv. Kritéria hodnocení a třídění pletiv. Pletiva nepravá a pravá, pletiva dělivá a trvalá, Pletiva podle funkce. 3. Tkáně živočichů 4. Soustava oběhová, nervová, vylučovací, kožní, smyslová, hormonální regulace 5. Diferenciace v rostlinném organismu s přechodem na souš. 6. Morfologie a anatomie kořenů. 7. Morfologie a anatomie stonků. 8. Morfologie a anatomie listů. 9. Morfologie a anatomie reprodukčních orgánů. 10. Morfologie a anatomie semen a plodů. 11. Základy biochemie - uhlovodíky jako základní sloučeniny (funkční skupiny, složené sloučeniny, biochemicky významné reakce) 12. Aminokyseliny, bílkoviny, syntéza a metabolismus bílkovin. 13. Nukleové kyseliny, enzymy, vitamíny. 14. Biologická oxidace (metabolismus kyslíku). Regulační mechanismy a vzájemné mechanismy v metabolismu. Metabolismus minerálních látek.
