Přednášky: Základy fyziologie rostlin 1. Vodní hospodářství rostliny. Minerální výživa rostlin. 2. Fotosyntéza. Dýchání. 3. Druhotné rostlinné látky. Heterotrofní výživa. 4. Fyziologie pohybů – fyzikální a vitální pohyby. Fytohromony. 5. Fyziologie růstu a vývoje rostlin. 6. Rozmnožování rostlin. Základy genetiky rostlin 7. Cytologické základy dědičnosti. Rozmnožování rostlin, přehled způsobů, principy. Rozmnožování generativní, mitóza, meioze. 8. Mendelovy zákony. Křížení monohybrida - dominance a recesivita. Křížení monohybrida - parciální dominance. Vazba vloh, Morganova pravidla. 9. Dědičnost pohlaví, pohlavní chromozómy. Typy heterogametnosti. Mutace, mutagenita, mutageny. Genetická toxikologie.
