The student will get basic overview in the field of health and safety at work, incl. legislation. The individual topics discussed are, for example, the basic equipment of workplaces in terms of work hygiene, physical factors of work. environment, chemical factors working. environment, physical and mental burden and categorization of work.

Subject syllabus:
Zařazení péče o bezpečnost a hygienu práce do systému řízení ve firmě
(návaznost na QMS a EMS, integrovaný systém), platná legislativa
Hygienické požadavky na budovy, nároky na projekt, požadavky na vybavení
pracovišť z hlediska obecné hygieny - soc. zař. atd.
Větrání a vytápění, mikroklimatické podmínky - tepelně vlhkostní poměry na
prac., fyziologie práce - zátěž atd.
NPK - definice, druhy, atd.
Prach - zdroje a účinky, měření a hodnocení
Chemické škodliviny - zdroje a účinky, měření a hodnocení (rakovinovorné,
alergenní, mutagenní...), biologické expoziční testy.
Profesionální infekce
Fyzikální škodliviny (hluk - zdroje a účinky, měření a hodnocení; vibrace -
zdroje a účinky, měření a hodnocení; ionizující záření a EMG vlnění;osvětlení -
