Summary
The students of this course learn about the application of calculus of
probability and mathematical statistics for rating of raw materials and
dressing processes and their application in the area of environmental
engineering, about basic knowledge of collection and
processing of experimental data, statistical analysis of data and its
application in the laboratory and operational practice and in the evaluation
of environmental problems. Next, they will be informed about hypothesis
testing, analysis of variance and its application in the evaluation of
experiments.
