The target of the subject is acquainting of students with fundamentals of environmental law in the Czech Republic.

Summary
Subject treats of Czech environmental law. Preamble is devoted to Czech
environmental state administration. Main attention is focused on legal
regulations in the sphere of air protection, water protection, soil
protection, and legal form in the sphere of natural and country-side protection, forest-land resources protection, waste management, environmental impact assessment, mineral raw material exploitation, working environment management (focused on human health management), noise and vibration protection, nuclear safety and cultural monuments maintenance.
