Summary
The subject deals with issues of air protection against unfavourable effects of industrial activity. Influences of individual harmful substances and also consequences of specific industrial technologies and existing possibilities and methods of their elimination are assessed. Attention is paid above all to possibilities of implementation of new technologies, separators, chemical treatment of exhaust gases and supplementary processes.

Other requirements
Students are trying to create a dispersion study using SW SYMOS (including written professional accompanying text), as well as practicing some recalculations used for measuring and calculating emissions and excursions.
