Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course is focused on modern processing technology and use of biomass fermentation. The course is to determine the basic properties of biomass, its distribution and outline options for the use of fermentation. In the course the student will be familiar with the specifics of the use of dry, wet and ”normal“ - typical of biomass for fermentation, students will be confronted with the state of technology in the Republic and the world.
