Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course is focused on modern processing technology and utilization of biomass within the raw materials and wastes. The course is to determine the basic properties of biomass, sources, its distribution and outline possible applications of this raw material area.

Students will be familiarized with the basic processes and aspects of biomass use in the CZ, EU and the world.
