Summary
Processing and extraction of mineral resources and secondary raw materials
Annotation:
Reading this course the students will learn about processing methods of
mineral resources and secondary raw materials (mechanical disintegration,
gravity, magnetic and other separation methods, flotation, roasting, special
procedures – cryogenic procedures, hydrometallurgical processes, lumpiness
processing). In addition, individual types of waste will be dealt with: waste
metal, metallic waste, non-metal waste, liquid waste.
