Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
After completing the course, students will be familiar with the issue of water regime of the landscape, they will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in solving specific applications in the field of irrigation or drainage. Students will be able to propose suitable measures for sustainable water management in the landscape.

Summary
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the issue of influencing the water regime of the landscape by means of drainage and irrigation equipment. The main emphasis is placed on the identification of already built facilities, their maintenance and possible removal, together with the design of suitable irrigation systems for sustainable water management in the landscape.

Way of continuous check of knowledge in the course of semester
Credit will be awarded for processing the calculation of irrigation for a specific location. The exam will be written and then oral.
