Objective competences in the field of learning new knowledge: to become acquainted with the valid legislation and technical standards related to the biotechnology issue, the ability to orientate in the given legislative regulations and to apply them to specific situations.

Náplní předmětu je seznámit studenty s legislativou, související s problematikou biotechnologií. Konkrétně s právními normami pro oblasti rostlinné biotechnologie, živočišné biotechnologie a biotechnologie životního prostředí.
