Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Studying subject presents methods of system administration involving in solution of water management problems. Study is orientated on complex research of water management phenomenons in their inner and outer connections.

Summary
The object introduces with principles of system theory and its application
on water systems of catchment area systems, i.e. with organization and control
of water-supply and water diversion. There are discussed aspects of reciprocal
interactions and cooperation particular system elements in water sensitive
area.

Subject syllabus:
Přednášky:
1. Vodní hospodářství a řízení (organizace, vývoj). Identifikace VH jako
objektu řízení, systémový přístup k řízení VH
2. Základní pojmy. Obecná teorie systémů, systémová analýza, účel, funkce a
druhy systémů.
3. Vodohospodářské soustavy obecně.
4. Metody řešení VH soustav. Simulační a stochastické metody. Vztah systému a
soustavy.
5. Informační systémy ve vodním hospodářství. Základní činnosti a funkce,
monitoring.
6. Směrný vodohospodářský plán (tvorba, vývoj, časové úrovně, verze 1995).
7. Státní vodohospodářská bilance (tvorba, řídící působení, kontrola).
8. Vyšší vodohospodářské systémy – mezinárodní spolupráce, právní úprava
hraničních vod, mezinárodní komise ochrany povodí (MKOL, MKOO, MKOD) a moří,
legislativa EU.
9. Plány řízení povodí – vodohospodářské soustavy povodí Labe, Moravy, Odry.
10. Manipulační, provozní a havarijní řády, povodňové plány.
11. Manipulace na údolních přehradách. Soustavy nádrží, kaskády, tandemy.
12. Systémy zásobování průmyslových závodů vodou – systémy provozní vody,
vztah
k systémům pitné vody.
13. Perspektivy rozvoje řešení vodohospodářských soustav.
14. Vodohospodářské dopravní cesty, vnitrostátní a evropské.
Cvičení:
