Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Practical field exercise consists of the following areas: (a) an introduction to selected environmental problems of post-industrial respectively post-mining landscapes in the field; (B) demonstration of significant natural phenomena and communities of post-industrial respectively post-mining landscapes in the field; (c) the issue of nature and landscape conservation of post-industrial and post-mining landscapes; (d) the preparation of field work.

Summary

Field Training in Ecology is focused on practical experiences, ecological research methods and evaluating the results. Field works are organized in post-industrial landscape, respectively in post-mining landscape. The practice is carried out by sub-field work under the guidance of staff of the Institute.
