Acquiring basic knowledge of emerging field bioremediation technologies for decontamination of soils, wastes, surface and groundwater. The student is able to orientate in the division, basic principles and applications of bioremediation technologies.

Základní pojmy a definice Přírodní nebezpečné procesy Hodnocení humánních rizik Hodnocení rizik v geologickém prostředí Hodnocení ekologických rizik – EcoRA (Ecological Risk Assessment) – stresové faktory chemických látek + legislativní pozadí ochrany půdního fondu + normy obsahy kontaminantů).
