Summary
The subject deals with the minimisation of negative environmental impact of
industry, reduction of emissions and contaminants and pollutants of all kinds.
Reduction of negative impacts of physical-engineering quantities on the
environment (noise, vibration, ionizing radiation, heat, etc.). Waste
handling, wasteless technologies. Interrelations and consequences between
economics, power engineering and ecology in industrial activities.
Minimization of impacts of major industrial sectors on the environment.
