Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The subject deals with methods of numerical modelling the mathematical models of air flow. Sutton's statistical model of emission dispersion, determination of parameters of turbulence in a statistical way, boundary conditions determined by means of classes of stability in the atmosphere. Dynamic model of admixture dispersion, turbulence boundary conditions, dispersion of heavy and light gases, particles of matter. Application of statistical and dynamic models, software. Formulation of mathematical model in the atmosphere - Navier- Stokes and Reynolds equations, Boussinesque approximations. Statistical turbulence models k-s and RSM. Comparison of statistical models LES.
