The target of the subject is acquainting of students with fundamentals of environmental law in the Czech Republic.

Summary
The importance of law in the area of environmental protection and creation. Legal standards as tool for management of environmental care. Legal regulation, organization and management of the environment in the Czech Republic, European Community and in the world. Interpretation of constitutional act of Czech Republic on the environment. Legal regulations on protection of air, water, waste handling, mineral resources protection, soil protection. Legal provisions related to protection of nature, forests, landscape and cultural monuments. Legal provisions in the area of working environment (noise, vibration, ionizing radiation). Using of modern methods in the area of legal regulations on environmental care.
