Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the subject is to deepen the knowledge and to develop creative erudition in the sphere of post-industrial landscpae regeneration with emphasis on the possibility of graduate doctoral studies in coordination and synthesis of results in relation to ecological vulnerability and developmental landscape. Students are able to teamwork (including team leadership). They are equipped with the ability to formulate and present their own opinions, evaluate the results of other teams, compare individual approaches, identify problems and suggest possible solutions in individual cases of reclamation measures in Central Europe. Students are able to further self-educate and maintain professional growth in the field, using the current information facilities in the area of remediation and land reclamation. They have the ability to analyze and synthesize acquired data, including critical access to that information.
