Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the subject is to give information students about principles and methods of remote sensing, to understand ways of application received theoretical knowledge, to obtain capability to practically realise methods of image processing and assessment of obtained information, critically evaluate outputs.

Summary

The lessons are focused on an introduction to the study of remote sensing methods. The first part deals with physical principles required to understand the fundament of these methods. The second part is focused on technical conditions and tools for data acquisiton. Further part is dedicated to the methods of processing data from remote sensing especially methods and procedures of digital processing, including pre-processing of image data, its enhancement and classification methods. The final part describes interpretation and applications.

1) Elektromagnetické záření, elektromagnetické spektrum. Radiometrické veličiny. 2) Zdroje záření. Interakce s prostředím. Odraz. Vliv atmosféry. Rozptyl v atmosféře. Absorpce v atmosféře. Přenosová funkce atmosféry. 3) Krajinné objekty a jejich identifikace a hodnocení. 4) Pořizování dat. Kamery. Filmový materiál. Druhy snímků. Radiometr. Mechanický skener, elektronický skener. 5) Geometrické chyby při snímání obrazu. 6) Nosiče. Družice a jejich přístrojová technika. 7) Principy zpracování dat DPZ. Úloha DPZ. 8) Interpretace fotografických snímků. 9) Radarová analýza. 10) Principy digitálního zpracování dat DPZ. 11) Předzpracování obrazu. Zvýraznění obrazu. Klasifikace. 12) Aplikace DPZ.
