Summary

A two kinds of computer 2D graphics. Colours and colour models. Graphical user environment. Raster graphics image or bitmap, raster graphics image file formats. Vector graphics, vector graphics file formats. Creating a vector and a raster graphics. Digitizing and vectorizing. 2D vector and raster presentation of geometrical objects. Vector primitives. Vector and raster graphics processing. 3D graphics – 3D solids, 3D curves, 3D surface and 3D mesh. Animation and virtual reality. CAD systems and geoinformation technologies. CAD software overview. Computer graphics hardware overview. AutoCAD – utilities, entities and drawing commands, model space. AutoCAD – editing commands. AutoCAD – entity property, drawing utilities. AutoCAD – blocs, attributes, dimensioning a hatching. AutoCAD – paper space, graphic output design.

Subject syllabus:

1) Obraz a způsoby reprezentace obrazu ve 2D. Barvy a barevné modely. Grafické uživatelské rozhraní. 2) Reprezentace rastrového obrazu, formáty pro ukládání rastrové grafiky. 3) Reprezentace vektorového obrazu, formáty pro ukládání vektorové grafiky. 4) Vznik obrazu v rastrové a vektorové podobě. Rasterizace a vektorizace. 5) Rovinné objekty ve vektorové a rastrové reprezentaci. 6) Metody zpracování obrazu. 7) Prostorová grafika. Tělesa, 3D křivky, 3D plochy a 3D sítě. 8) Systémy CAD a jejich vztah ke geoinformačním technologiím. Přehled programových prostředků pro CAD. 9) Technické prostředky počítačové grafiky. 10) AutoCAD - obslužné příkazy. Entity a příkazy pro kreslení entit. Modelový prostor. 11) AutoCAD – příkazy pro editaci entit. 12) AutoCAD – vlastnosti entit, pomůcky pro kreslení entit 13) AutoCAD – bloky, atributy, kótování a šrafování 14) AutoCAD – výkresový prostor, vytváření grafických výstupů. Cvičení: V rámci cvičení bude prakticky procvičována práce v prostředí produktů GIMP, MS WORD, AutoCAD r.2002, QCAD.
